Cancellation Policy

We are responsible for what we sell. At Junior Shop we believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and therefore we have adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within 06 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be accepted if the order has been initiated for the process of shipping.

Order & Return Policy

Following are the details of the return policy that is applicable for all the items sold on Junior Shop:

Garments & Footwear

Returns are accepted within 7 days from delivery date. To be returned either to our warehouse directly or to be informed and the product will be picked up from the address where it was delivered. Shipping charges as applicable, for goods to be returned or exchanged.

Please note that there may be certain products in the aforesaid table that may or may not be returnable as otherwise mentioned against them above. For all products, the return policy on the product/combo page shall prevail.

Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies with your original receipt for a refund. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it.

Please note that if an incorrect product(s) is handed by you to our courier service partner, Junior Shop shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.

If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free or Buy 1 Get 1 Free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.

Prior to refund / replacement, customer needs to call our customer care for replacement of items or refund of money. Our customer service team after looking into your complaint will take appropriate action.

Products purchased at Junior Shop stores shall only be returned at the stores. No returns of products purchased at the store shall be accepted online through the website.
